Hi, I’m Eric Einspahr, Director of Academic Navigators. I have served in this role since November 2024 and have worked in higher education since 2008, specializing in student affairs, academic advising and student retention. Before becoming director, I spent 13 years as an Academic Advisor in the College of Business and the College of Education and Human Sciences, as well as three years as the Student Retention and Success Coordinator for the College of Engineering. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2007 and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration in 2013, both from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Outside of work, I am an avid fly fisherman and co-teach ODED 107A: Intro to Fly Fishing during the spring semester.
