Hi, I’m Dave Nebel, an Academic Navigator in the College of Business.  I’m a Nebraska native, born in Omaha and raised in Lincoln.  I was a first-generation college student at Nebraska Wesleyan University where I received a B.S. in History with an endorsement to teach secondary Social Studies.  I received my M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction from UNL and went on to a 31-year career teaching at Lincoln Southeast High School where I also served as the Head Cross Country and Track & Field coach.  I look forward to using my classroom and coaching experience to help UNL students identify what success looks like to them and to help them find a path toward their goals.  In my free time, I enjoy running, biking, and reading.  Please don’t hesitate to contact me if there is anything I can do to improve your experience here at UNL.
